1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Repsense website, mobile app, hardware and related services (together, "Repsense"). By using Repsense you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Repsense.

2. Not a medical device

Repsense is a training-analytics tool for strength and performance. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or rehabilitate any injury, illness or condition. Readings such as the Muscle Score are relative indicators for training, not clinical measurements. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise programme, and stop if you feel pain.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Pre-orders and pricing

Pre-order prices are in Australian dollars and may change before general release. A pre-order reserves a unit from a production run; timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Subscription plans (Repsense Pro and Repsense Coach) renew until cancelled and are billed in advance.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Repsense: do not reverse engineer the hardware or software except to the extent permitted by law, interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing dataset or product. The Repsense name, marks, software and designs remain our property.

6. Your content and data

Training data you generate remains associated with you as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you consent, we may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve algorithms and benchmarks.

7. Warranties and liability

Repsense is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from training decisions you make using Repsense.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the site or app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
