1. Who we are

Repsense provides surface-EMG hardware and software for strength training. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

• Account details — name, email and login information.
• Training data — EMG-derived metrics such as Muscle Score, symmetry, rep and fatigue data, and the exercises you log.
• Device and app data — sensor identifiers, app version, and diagnostics.
• Contact and order data — messages you send us and pre-order or subscription details.

3. How we use it

• To run the app and hardware, calibrate your baseline and show your history.
• To provide support and process orders and subscriptions.
• To improve the product. Where you consent, we use de-identified, aggregated training data to improve algorithms and exercise benchmarks. You can decline this without losing app functionality.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Repsense (for example, hosting and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account data, export your training history, and withdraw consent to research use at any time from the app or by contacting us.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. De-identified data may be retained for product improvement.
