Surface EMG · Strength training

See what muscles you’re actually training.

Two wireless sensors that attach to your muscles track their electrical activity. Allowing you to compare left vs right, rep vs rep, fatigued reps and progress over time.

What it reads

Four readings. No waveform to interpret.

Repsense normalises every reading against your own maximum, so the number belongs to you and not to an average.

Muscle Score

87/100

How hard the muscle worked, 0 to 100, calibrated to your own baseline.

One bar, split from the centre. Compare each muscle and adjust appropriately.

Consistency

11reps

Peak activation for every rep in the set. You see the reps that held and the ones that slipped.

Fatigue

7rep

Muscle intensity drops at rep. Measured from the signal, not counted off a clock.

The sensors

Two patches. No straps, no wires, no hub.

Each wireless EMG sensor sticks to the muscle and measures its electrical activity, sending the data via Bluetooth to our app. When you are done, place both sensors back in the case to charge.

The app

Place. Lift. Read.

The app tells you where the sensors go, watches the set, then logs what happened.

01 · Place

The app shows where each sensor goes for the exercise you picked, and refuses to start until both signals are clean.
